Bi-vocational Youth Pastor

Bridge City First is looking for a passionate, Spirit-filled leader who has a genuine heart for reaching and discipling the next generation. The ideal candidate will have a growing relationship with Jesus, a strong foundation in Scripture, and a desire to help students encounter God and grow in their faith. We are seeking someone who believes in and operates in the gifts of the Holy Spirit, embraces the beliefs and values of the Assemblies of God, and has obtained or is pursuing ministerial credentials. This person should be relational, dependable, teachable, and able to connect well with students, parents, volunteers, and church leadership while helping build a healthy, engaging, and spiritually vibrant youth ministry.
