Joining a Team

At Bridge City First, our teams are the people who help make ministry happen every week. From what happens on the platform to everything taking place behind the scenes, their faithfulness helps create an environment where people can encounter Jesus, grow in community, and take their own next step.

But here, we don’t believe in simply plugging holes or filling positions. We want to prayerfully seek the Lord and ask, “God, what is my next step?”

Our desire is for every person to serve from a place of calling, purpose, and obedience, not pressure or obligation. We believe one of the best ways to remain faithful and avoid growing weary is to serve where God is leading you and use the gifts He has placed within you.

If you’re ready to discover your next step, fill out the Team Member Application below and let us know where you sense God may be calling you to serve next.
